Why we exist — Our Purpose: Our purpose is to help small businesses, institutions and agencies deliver remarkable Customer Service which results in improved profit, Customer satisfaction and loyalty. How we deliver that Purpose: We employ an array of vehicles and methods to help Clients (1) diagnose their current situation, (2) determine where/what they want to be in the future, (3) create an action plan to get there, and (4) measure the results and monitor progress.
In the future, we plan to sponsor Customer Service Week (first week in October each year) and to host Customer Service Celebration / Learning Conferences. Richard Randolph, Jr. |
