About the Florida Customer Service Institute


Why we exist — Our Purpose: Our purpose is to help small businesses, institutions and agencies deliver remarkable Customer Service which results in improved profit, Customer satisfaction and loyalty.

How we deliver that Purpose: We employ an array of vehicles and methods to help Clients (1) diagnose their current situation, (2) determine where/what they want to be in the future, (3) create an action plan to get there, and (4) measure the results and monitor progress.

  • Introductory talks on important Customer Service topics
  • Workshops to present significant Customer Service segments to diverse or in-house audiences
  • In-depth personalized coaching to help design and execute the transformation within a Client company

In the future, we plan to sponsor Customer Service Week (first week in October each year) and to host Customer Service Celebration / Learning Conferences.
